COVID Update

"seeking to proclaim the Gospel and serve our local community"

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, and the need to apply strict measures to contain the spread of the virus , Christ Church Lewes is still very active in Christian worship and in its work in the local community

Since the easing of restrictions, we now hold church services every Sunday morning in our building and on Zoom, joining with our sister churches in Seaford and Alfriston. If you would like to join us, either in person or by computer, smartphone or land-line phone, please contact us via secretary@christ-church-lewes.org and we will send you details.

The Think Tank also continues to hold its meetings on Zoom, while our other activities are on hold.

The classes which operated in our building have now begun to restart. The Fitzjohn’s Food Bank has continued to operate from the church throughout the pandemic and we are also currently providing a home for the Lewes Open Door lunch-time drop-in centre. However, we have no plans at the moment to re-open for private parties.
